ok, Rob - got some sychronicity going here… i just started strength training w/a friend of mine and i sooo get this! the best advice she gave me was to focus on the part of the body i was working - to truly feel it, be it! talk about being in the present moment! and i've been reading A New Earth and i appreciate the idea of being with a moment - not labeling it and not making up a story about it - the story is the suffering, not the experience itself!! and trust me i've been pushing myself to my edge - physically as well as otherwise lately - SO I GET IT GET IT GOT IT GOOD :D thanks again, dawn
