Rob received his Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Susquehanna University with a minor concentration in Psychology. Rob applies his training into several major areas: education, coaching & psychotherapy, athletics and business.
Rob has been lecturing on Integral Psychology and Human Development at Naropa University over the past 8 years for both graduate and undergraduate students in a number of academic and professional programs including the Transpersonal and Contemplative Psychology programs. Currently Rob co-teaches Therapeutic Applications of Human Development with former professional athlete, psychotherapist and movie producer Diane Israel.
Rob has contributed to the Integral movement over the past 8 years as a leading integral practitioner. Rob has worked with Ken Wilber and the Integral Institute, served as one of the core faculty for the Integral Life Practice seminars, contributed to Integral Life, taught at Boulder Integral and is an Integral Coach for iEvolve. Rob’s area of expertise is the intersection of integral practice, human performance and integral strength training.
Rob’s contributions within the business sector includes the Stagen Leadership Institute where Rob has helped develop and deploy integrally informed executive curriculum for senior executives. Rob also spent 5 years as the Senior Integral Consultant and Human Performance Specialist for Phillips Performance Nutrition.
Currently Rob is the Vice President of Integral Recovery and is working with iEvolve, an emerging integral spiritual practice community spear headed by Diane Hamilton, Marc Gafni, Sofia Diaz and Sally Kempton. He is one of the leading figures cutting the path for a men’s integral practice community.
Rob is also running a small Integral Performance Coaching and Psychotherapy practice in Boulder Colorado. Rob’s experience spreads a vast domain as he has worked with leading executives and professionals, graduate students and athletes ranging from high school to Olympic and professional world champions.
